1.  GHANA ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Valid Passport and Visa are required to enter Ghana .  For complimentary visa service.
***  Go to  www.ghana-embassy.org

Click on the Visa & Consular Affairs Tab then on the left navigation bar click
on Visa.
It is important to read all the information posted there then at the bottom of
the page you will see the Application download link.  Print it and follow instructions on the form.
Single entry Visa costs $50, Multiple entry $80.

NOTE:  When you send in your application for a Visa, you must also send your US passport to the Embassy.  We recommend you send it Priority or better yet, in a Express Mail envelope to avoid having your passport running around in snail mail.  Since you must also include a self addressed return envelope,
it's best if you also include a Priority or an EM envelope, for your peace of mind.

 2.   You will need Yellow Fever vaccination and Malaria prophylaxis.
Contact your physician or your local Health Department for a prescription.

3.   Medical professionals must provide Copy of  Current Credentials.

4.   In Ghana wear warm weather comfortable clothes and sandals recommended.
A short lab coat or scrubs needed for medical duties.
Bring a light sweater and a light warm blanket to use in Nkwanta for evenings,
insect repellent and personal toiletries.

We will spend the first night of our arrival and the last three nights in Accra at the
5 star La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel.  During the mission in Nkwanta we will stay
at the beautiful Gateway Hotel.

5.    Our new two week  Trip Itinerary  will be posted soon:
